About:
The Rashtram Accelerator is a one-year residential programme in public leadership based in Delhi NCR. Upon completion of the programme, Learners will earn a Post-Graduate Diploma in Public Leadership. Rashtram Accelerator combines elements of research & fieldwork to holistically nurture future public leaders of India in the domains of politics, academia, and civil society!
 
Components of the Programme:
 
1-Year Residential Programme: Rashtram Accelerator is hosted in our 25-acre campus in Sonipat, Delhi NCR. The programme envisions holistic growth for its Learners with guided learning and project-based travel across India. 
 
Research & Fieldwork: Learners at Rashtram will be trained to develop meta-skills. They will get an opportunity to work with top NGOs on social projects, will work with political parties to work on ground-level campaigning, or will be mentored to get on the fast track for Ph.D. programmes. 
 
PG Diploma Certificate: Learners will earn a UGC Certified PG Diploma in Public Leadership upon completion of the programme.
 
World-Class Faculty: Rashtram has assembled a world-class faculty to train the future public leaders of India. Accomplished experts from the fields of Politics (Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan, Sh. Pavan Varma, Sh. Baijayant Panda), Civil Society (Padma Shri Awardees Sh. Mahesh Sharma & Smt. Phoolbasan Bai Yadav) & Academia (Dr. Mukul Asher, Dr. Armin Rosencranz, K Ramasubramaniam) are part of the Rashtram Faculty. 
 
Incubation & Support: Rashtram incubates it’s graduating learners and alumni. Through the VIF Fellowship, we have incubated more than 20 young leaders so far and this support will continue for Rashtram graduates.

As a Rashtram learner, you will be eligible for financial grants for your project/research, use of office space at Rashtram campus, as well as lifelong mentorship and networking.

 
Selections are on a rolling basis. Early birds have a higher chance of selection and getting scholarships.
