What is CBC New Indigenous Voices presented by NSI?

CBC New Indigenous Voices is a culturally-sensitive training course that introduces Indigenous creators (aged 18-35) to a variety of creative and challenging employment opportunities in film, television and digital media.

The course is full-time for 14 weeks and takes place in Winnipeg (you will be busy studying or working from 9 a.m. through to 5 p.m., five days a week for 14 weeks). Students receive minimum wage throughout.

When does it take place?

2020 training begins on April 27 and finishes with a graduation ceremony on July 31 (these dates are subject to change). If you are selected for the course, you will be paid minimum wage throughout.
