Call for Applications: The Student Entrepreneurship and Mentorship Program

The Student Entrepreneurship and Mentorship Program (STEMP), sponsored by the US Embassy Kenya, is a new flagship program of YEPI supporting the development of student entrepreneurs around Kenya. The STEMP program will be implemented at the American Spaces across Mombasa, Nairobi, Lamu, and Nakuru. STEMP was developed to support the YEPI's Student Talent and Leadership Management Program (STALMP), which is designed to help students across Kenya to turn innovative ideas or talent into a business, create opportunities for youth employment and enable students to solve some of the world’s most challenging problems.

1. Are you a Student aged 16-25 years from Nairobi, Mombasa, Nakuru and Lamu?
2. Are you able to commit six hours per week to the STEMP Program?
3. Do you have a business or a bright entrepreneurial idea that can solve a social problem?
4. Do you have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet & Email)?
5. Are you able to communicate in English? Both writing, speaking and listening?
