Call for Applications: ESPE SCIENCE SYMPOSIUM 2020 - CONGENITAL ADRENAL HYPERPLASIA

We cordially invite you to the second ESPE Science Symposium that will take place 30-31 October 2020 and will be hosted at Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. The ESPE Science Symposium aims to promote the development of an interactive network between clinicians and researchers, helping to reduce the gap between research and patient care. It will also provide the means to disseminate new scientific knowledge in the community of paediatric endocrinology.  Its focus will be ‘Congenital adrenal hyperplasia: from molecular medical research to clinical application’ and it will be supported by the Endo-ERN and the ESPE DSD Working Group. The Symposium will consist of interactive lectures by renowned scientists in the field with the aim of covering the main topics in CAH. There will also be discussions and networking time in the group.

The symposium is limited to 100 attendees, including the faculty. Delegates may come from any professional clinical and scientific discipline which is related directly or indirectly to the topic. Registration fee for the Science Symposium is €80 per attendee, which includes dinner on the first night but does not include accommodation. Please register here for the ESPE Science Symposium.

Young clinician registration - NOW OPEN

ESPE offers 25 free registrations spaces for young clinicians and scientists in training over the 2 days (those who are less than 8 years ((full-time equivalent)) since completion of doctorate training, working within the field upon competitive application). Participants who would like to receive one of these free places are required to apply using a separate application form

Venue

The ESPE Scientific Symposium 2020 will be held in the Auditorium of the Radboud University Medical centre, Nijmegen, the Netherlands. It is perfectly located just in the city centre. It is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Duration

The duration of the meeting will be 1.5 days.

Accommodation

Two hotels are available at negotiated rates for our participants. Those hotels are located within close proximity from Radboud UMC university and include breakfast. Please contact the organisers for more information.
