The U.S. Embassy is pleased to announce the 2023-2024 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program which provides ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States.
Requirements:
be citizen of Azerbaijan and currently reside in Azerbaijan; 5 years of consecutive work experience in the chosen field of study; strong academic background and a record of excellence in previous studies; proficiency in English
All expenses (tuition fee, travel, living, accommodation, medical insurance) are covered by program.
