Position title:  Administrative and Training Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in general office administrative tasks and technical support;
  • Dealing with stationary and office goods provision;
  • Document and correspondence management;
  • Communication with administration service suppliers and negotiating with them;
  • Provide assistance to other staff in arranging trainings activities.

Core Skills and Competencies:

  • Should be able to perform multi-tasking;
  • Should have communicable, smiling and welcoming personality;
  • Punctuality and discipline is a must;
  • Desire for learning and growth in professional career;
  • Ability to adapt to the changing roles and needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree;
  • Experience in administrational roles at least for a year;
  • Excellent communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (both verbal and written);
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Can do attitude;
  • Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook);
