Department Description

Krakow Human Resources team is a part of Global HR organization, we provide support for Poland, Denmark, Czech Republic and Romania. HR organization manages projects related to career development, analyzing and addressing training needs, recruitment and talent deployment, rewards & recognition, employee relations, employees’ engagement, retention, as well as other HR related requests in line with global policies and procedures.

Job Description

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
  • Answering employee requests and questions by phone, messenger, email and in person
  • Responsibility for personal administration for 600/700 employees (in paper and in HR tools)
  • Responsibility for compliance with Polish Labor Code and other legal acts related
  • to employment
  • Comprehensive HR administration support of the employees
  • Hiring and separating according to Labor Code rules
  • Timely cooperation with government institutions (e.g. social security, state labor
  • inspectorate)
  • Keeping metrics and reports
  • Operate internal and external HR tools and systems
  • Preparing and conducting monthly HR introduction trainings
  • Taking part in global HR projects
  • Administration support of contractual changes
  • Ownership of developing and preparing HR procedures, processes in changing legal conditions
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Polish Labor Code and related law regulations
  • Minimum 3/5 years experience in personal file administration
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Płatnik
  • General knowledge of regulations concerning the employment of foreigners
  • Communicative English
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Excellent organization and ergonomics of work
  • Thinking out of the box
  • Working under the pressure of time/deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work with clients in different channels of communication
