Vacancy for Recruitment and L&D Leader in Baku, Azerbaijan

We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of HR Generalist, who will be responsible for Recruitment and Learning&Development spheres.


  • Manage full cycle of HR activities including recruiting, onboarding, learning and development
  • HR Administration
  • Setting-up recruitment process, adaptation and training system
  • Ensuring compliance and conformity to local legislation
  • Act as internal communication leader for employee communications within organisation
  • Drive improvement of employee engagement, culture and values.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuously improve processes
  • HR related budgeting. Develop HR policies Participation in other HR projects Vendor management,


  • Previous experience as HR Generalist with recruitment coverage on local market is must (2 years min)
  • Agility, good communication skills, multi-tasking English (upper intermediate and above)
