Vacancy for Cost Controller in Baku, Azerbaijan


With its experienced and competent staff, “PMD Projects” LLC carries out the design and construction of residential buildings, hotels, agricultural facilities, as well as repair and restoration of various business units located in various regions of Azerbaijan.

We are currently looking for a Cost Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Financial evaluation and submission to management;
  • Analyzing project costs when needed;
  • Assisting the evaluation team during contract evaluation;
  • To measure and analyze work performed in accordance with project requirements;
  • To check the scope of work specified in the bidding documents in accordance with the project requirements;
  • To check and analyze possible prices offered by contractors;
  • To check the initial, interim and final payment documents, change procedure document and progress reports together with the direct head, in accordance with project requirements;
  • Review the financial audit reports prepared by contractors;
  • Verify the compliance of invoices with the terms of the contract.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering;
  • Work experience: At least 3 years experiences in the field of civil construction;
  • Computer Skills: MS Office programs;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani – fluent; English – intermediate.
