Vacancy for UX/UI designer in Baku, Azerbaijan





Defining product opportunities:

  • Driving product experiences within an end-to-end process, including framing, concept, design, delivery and validation.
  • Performs analysis connected to developed products and services: heuristic, benchmarking, good practices.
  • Research users and conduct user interviews to define personas and detect their current pain-points and needs
  • Map User Journeys to highlight identify pain points on the current process

Shaping product experience:

  • Shape concepts, creating a detailed design and implementation across a variety of devices and platforms
  • Translate concepts and ideas into wireframes and working prototypes

Designing visual interfaces:

  • Define the visual style and position relative to agreed design guidelines
  • Design beautiful user interfaces that translate user and business value

User testing:

  • Build UI prototypes and conduct user-testing to validate customer needs, requirements and behaviors
  • Test designed solutions with the real customers and validate on customer needs, requirements and behaviors as well as usability and functionality




  • Undergraduate degree or higher
  • 2+ years of design experience preferred
  • Previous experience in banking preferred

Specific job skills

  • Able to plan, conduct, and synthesize user research and usability testing
  • Skilled at creating interaction design solutions for desktop, web and mobile applications
  • Familiar working with design systems that consistently scale across platforms
  • Experience planning and conducting user research at various stages of the design process
  • Strong communication skills with ability to articulate the value of a design choice to users and non-designer stakeholders
  • Combined skills in 2 of 3 of the following: User Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design
  • Solid knowledge of agile software development; experience working in design teams in an Agile product development setting is a plus.
