About the vacancy:

Division: Human Resources
Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00. Based on nature of the work you will be able to work from office and from home

Your main job responsibilities:

  • To support performance management, talent management and succession management process
  • To support on processes of Strategic modules of HRMS
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions
  • Preparing up to date reports and documentation related to function’s responsibilities
  • To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management
  • To support in preparation of relevant reports

Position requirements:

  • Higher education (BA or MSc in Human Resources is preferrable)
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, intermediate in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Team work and collaboration skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Researching
  • Innovative thinking
