Your main job responsibilities:

Planning and controlling of effective distribution and delivery of merchandising items to Baku and regional shops

Working closely with visual-display staff and related units to decide how goods should be displayed in order to maximize sales

To be responsible managing of promo materials in warehouse

To be responsible on replacing all POSM at all communication points of the shops

To ensure that products and POSMs are placed on shelves in accordance with the company's guidelines and merchandising standards

Analyze the market needs of POS-materials, ADS, furniture and other needed Trade Marketing equipment

To use the optimal and potential shopping spaces available in the store

To organize a demonstration of newly launched products and new activities in the store

To make daily shop visits based on assigned route and provide merchandiser report

To identify obstacles to the company's activities and inform line manager

To support the promotion of the company's products at points of sale

To monitor advertisement equipments in stores

To complete other tasks assigned by management in a timely and complete manner

To control merchandising activities and to be sure that all projects are in frame of trade marketing concept

Position requirements:

Higher Education,

Higher education in sales or marketing is preferable

At least one year of work experience in Merchandising, Trade marketing, Sales

Negotiation skills

Following the latest trends

Drive for Results

Continuous Improvement

Knowledge of visual merchandising

Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani language (Knowledge of Russian language is a plus)

Knowledge of MS Office Programs

Driving licence category ‘’B’’
