Job Description Summary:

As a member of our dynamic and leadership team and service line, this position will have an opportunity to impact the future of pharmacy services and improve care for the communities we serve at Riverside Methodist Hospital and OhioHealth. The position leads the planning, organization and management of Riverside Methodist Hospital's pharmacy services and is responsible for accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance and operational, financial accountability and overall success of the department. The leader develops and implements appropriate pharmacy policies and practices and collaborates with service line colleagues and interdisciplinary teams at the care site and system level. The scope of the position includes a combination of operational and clinical focus and coordinates leadership responsibilities at the care site.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)OPL - Ohio Pharmacists License - Ohio Board of Pharmacy, RPH - Registered Pharmacist - Board of Pharmacy Specialties

Master's Degree RPH - Registered Pharmacist Field of Study: Hospital Pharmacy Residency Field of Study: related field. Years of Experience 5
