Study in the USA | FLEX Program

Students who are currently in 9th, 10th, 11th grade and want to study in the USA!!!
Participate in the competition that will be held in September- October, 2013.
About FLEX Program- The program is funded by the government of the United States of America. The participants who are selected for the program will live in the US for the 2014-2015 academic year.
Eligibility Requirements
Students should meet following requirements.
- Students born after 1st January 1997 and before 15th of July, 1999.
- Students currently enrolled in a secondary school, having and academic standing of good or better and studying English.
- Eligible to receive a visa
- Students who have not spent more than 3 months in the U.S in the last 5 years
- Citizens of Azerbaijan
FLEX program scholarship provides the following:
- Round-trip domestic and international travel (from home to the United States and back)
- Monthly allowance to help students participate in social activities and buy necessary personal supplies
- Placement with a selected U.S. host family for one year
- Enrollment in a U.S. secondary school
- Program orientation activities including preprogram preparation and re-entry preparation
- Medical insurance, excluding pre-existing conditions and dental care
- Program activities arranged in local U.S. communities
Students with disabilities (born after 1th of March and before 15th of July 1999) are also invited to participate in the competition. Every year approximately 21 students with disabilities study and live the USA on FLEX Program.
