Erasmus+ Supporting People on The Autism Spectrum in the Labor Market
Training 22.10.2022Call for Participants from the Netherlands for the "Supporting People on The Autism Spectrum in the Labor Market" Training Course to be held on 18 - 25 November 2022 in Lodz, Poland.
ABOUT THE TRAINING
The objectives of the project are:
-Evaluate the employment situation of people diagnosed with autism without learning disabilities;
-To create awareness of the benefits of employing (hiring) autistic people without learning
disabilities and to break down stereotypes;
-Develop a toolkit, a set of recommendations where autistic people are part of the design process
so that companies can create a neuro-diversity friendly work environment;
- Build a bridge between companies and people with autism.
-Promote the Erasmus+ program as a tool to empower young people in the labor market.
PROFILE OF THE PARTICIPANTS
The training will be attended by participants from 5 countries:
Spain, Italy, Poland, N.Macedonia and Netherlands.
-3 participants per partner organization;
Requirements:
- aged 18+ (participants who do not meet this criteria In November 2022 cannot be accepted);
- youth workers;
- experience in youth work;
- good knowledge of English.
DATES AND SCEDULE
The participants should arrive on 18th of November 2022. The departure will take place on
25th November 2022 after breakfast.
Please note that you cannot arrive on the training later or leave earlier.
