Vacancy for HR Specialist for a Public Legal Entity


  • Creating and distributing documents 
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process 
  • Preparing new employee files and orienting new employees to the organization
  • Administering new employment assessments 
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.) 
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records 
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases 
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records 
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions 

Essential requirements:

  • University degree
  • Min 3 years of HR experience (preferably in big companies)
  • Deep knowledge of Labor legislation
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of 1C system is preferable
  • Fluent in Azeri; good command of English

  • Excellent communications and relationship building skills
  • Good command of English
