Vacancy for Internal Communication and Management of Initiatives in Baku, Azerbaijan


PASHA Insurance OJSC is currently seeking for "Internal Communication and Management of Initiatives"

Key responsibilities:

  • Organization of events within the company;
  • Organization of team building activities;
  • Organization of internal competitions, meetings and initiatives to strengthen the corporate culture and communication;
  • Work with vendors and maintain relevant documentation;
  • Organization of different activities to strengthen internal communication;
  • Preparation of new proposals and concepts for Internal Communication and Organizational Development;
  • Measuring the effectiveness of activities and events.

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing and PR, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Management);
  • At least 1 year of experience in this field;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, business level English;
  • Ability to use MS Office programs.
